Create Partnership Trust exists to support schools to achieve their aim of offering the best possible education to disadvantaged children in Birmingham.

You will receive a Business Partner support visit each half term so that the leaders and schools are supported by the Trust in a collaborative way, grounded in our Trust value of integrity.
As Headteacher, you will be part of our Create Group Executive with the CEO, Deputy CEOs and the other school Headteachers. The Group Executive agrees common goals for the academic year and meets regular to implement our Trust value of collaboration, innovation and integrity.
The Group Executive undertake Trust-to-Trust visits nationally at least once each term to see best practice in action and to collaborate nationally. The group provides leaders and teachers within the Trust opportunities to work together to develop shared principles and practice for all our schools.
There are two Trust Inset Days each year with high quality shared CPD from nationally recognised contributors and training organisations.
The Trust is in a very strong financial position with significant reserves and a small contribution from each school towards the Trust budget.
The Trust Governance is strong at all levels and our schools retain their Governing Bodies as Local Advisory Boards that are valued as sub-committees of the main Trust Board.
